Holistic counselling is a compassionate, client-centered approach that
integrates the mind, body, and spirit to support deep healing and
transformation. Unlike traditional talk therapy, which often focuses solely
on the mind, holistic counselling acknowledges that true healing requires a
whole-person approach—one that honors emotions, nervous system
regulation, subconscious patterns, and energetic well-being.
This modality blends evidence-based therapeutic techniques with somatic
(body-based) practices, breathwork, mindfulness, and intuitive guidance. By
working with the nervous system and subconscious mind, holistic
counselling helps to release stored trauma, shift limiting beliefs, and create
new neurological pathways that foster resilience and self-trust.
Each session is tailored to meet the individual where they are, creating a safe
and nurturing space for self-inquiry, emotional processing, and personal
growth.

Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing is a powerful, body-based healing approach that
helps release stored trauma, regulate the nervous system, and restore a sense
of safety within. Rather than relying solely on talking through experiences,
this method gently guides you into your body’s innate wisdom, allowing
unresolved emotions and energy to be processed in a way that feels safe and
supportive.
In my practice, I offer personalized guided somatic meditations tailored to
each individual’s needs, energy, and unique healing journey. These sessions
help you reconnect with your body, shift stagnant emotions, and create new
pathways for resilience, self-trust, and inner peace.
By working with the body’s natural rhythms and signals, Somatic
Experiencing allows for deep transformation—helping you move beyond
old patterns and step into a more embodied, empowered version of
yourself.

- This mentorship is designed to give you the tools as a mother to feel
grounded & connected amidst the beautiful chaos that is parenting.
We will implement paths internally, as well as externally that allow for
new habits and a shift in perspective on the parental role.

Over six weeks, you will be guided through weekly live mentorship
sessions,, where you’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, release
stored stress, rewire limiting patterns, and embody a deep sense of calm
and resilience. Each week includes somatic practices, breathwork, and
energy healing techniques, along with self-inquiry prompts and micro-
regulation tools to integrate into daily life. With ongoing support and
reflection exercises, you’ll receive personalized guidance to help you
navigate challenges, deepen your self-awareness, and create long-
lasting shifts in your nervous system health and emotional well-being.

- This 3-Month Holistic Lifestyle Mentorship is designed to
guide you through deep inner transformation, helping you
shift from limiting beliefs, unprocessed trauma, and
subconscious patterns into a fully aligned, embodied, and
empowered version of yourself. By integrating self-
reflection, nervous system regulation, mindset shifts, holistic
lifestyle changes, and energetic strengthening, you will

My Journey
First and foremost, I am a mother to twin girls, a wife, a nature lover, a Vedic meditator, and a passionate advocate for mind-body healing and
transformation. My journey has been one of deep self-discovery, resilience, and profound healing, and it is my greatest privilege to walk
alongside others on their own paths to wholeness.
After a childhood shaped by a restrictive, fear-based environment, my teenage years were marked by immense challenges—navigating trauma,
parentification, and the impact of addiction within my family. By the time I reached my early twenties, I made a conscious choice to break free
from old patterns and devote myself to healing. Through therapy, meditation, breathwork, and somatic practices, I reconnected with my true
essence, creating a life of alignment, purpose, and deep self-trust.
My lived experience, combined with my formal training as a counselor and mentor, allows me to hold a unique and powerful space for
transformation. I specialize in holistic lifestyle mentoring, mind-body healing, and guided somatic meditations—helping others shift from
their heads into their bodies, release limiting beliefs, and step into their fullest potential.
I believe that healing happens in a safe, supportive environment where the nervous system feels regulated and the soul feels seen. My work is
centered on empowering clients to create that space for themselves—to cultivate self-awareness, ignite their intuition, and unlock their innate
ability to heal.
